1. Service Description

realstats.me is a platform that allows content creators to connect their social media channels and generate a verified, live media kit. Stats are pulled directly from official platform APIs and displayed on a shareable public profile.

2. Account Requirements

To use realstats.me, you must sign in with a Google account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • •Attempt to manipulate, falsify, or misrepresent statistics
  • •Abuse the API or attempt to access other users' data
  • •Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

4. Subscriptions & Billing

realstats.me offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

  • •Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • •You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data (including connected social accounts, shared links, and agency relationships) will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Accuracy

Statistics displayed on realstats.me are sourced directly from third-party APIs (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok). While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that third-party data is always correct or up-to-date. realstats.me is not responsible for discrepancies in third-party data.

7. Limitation of Liability

realstats.me is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Magdeburg, Germany.
